If you use it as a primary aromatic, it will provide a powerful scent that is easily identifiable. When used as a secondary aromatic in a blend with other aromatics, it can enhance any blend and is a good counter-balance to sweet resins, like frankincense or pinon.

For the last few years, it has been very difficult to find patchouli, let alone high-quality patchouli. When I was able to locate good quality patchouli, I had to keep it for making the incense and kits that I sell. After a very long wait, we’re finally able to offer excellent patchouli for sale on the site again.
